- We have two-night min stay, three-night min on long weekends and a seven-day min in peak season.

- Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday night.

Sundara sleeps a maximum of 14 adults.

We can sleep an additional two children on fold-away beds at an extra cost, so a total of 16 guests. Children must be under the age of 12yrs.

- The deposit is fully refundable if written notice of cancellation is received by the Owner more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

- Where notification of a cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, no refund will be given, and the full tariff will be forfeited.

- If we are able to rebook any of the nights subject to the cancelled booking, a refund will be given for these nights.

No Parties - Under no circumstances are parties, functions, or loud gatherings permitted at Sundara. This includes hen, bucks and Schoolies celebrations.

Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8am to maintain a relaxing environment for our neighbours.

No Smoking – We ask guests to observe the ‘No Smoking Inside’ requirement for the duration of their stay.

Sundara is located in Gerringong on the NSW South Coast, directly opposite Werri Beach and about 10 minutes’ drive from Kiama.
